High Road Art Tour just weeks away.

Artists up and down the High Road to Taos are busy getting ready for this year's tour, yours truly included. This, the 18th annual tour, and the 8th one for me, falls as always on the last two weekends of September. My studio is as near spotless as a work space gets. As most of my paintings are larger ones, I have been working on some smaller things to be sure there is something available for all budgets and tastes and amounts of space remaining at home, even a few things that can sit on shelves. I just photographed a series of four tiny paintings, each 6" square, that I titled "Skyscape Quartet". They will be available as a set or as individual pieces. This is what they look like.

There will be cards and donation box available to donate to the raffle for the painting "True Blue", which is strictly a benefit to support High Road Artisans, the tour's 501c3.  I'll also have plenty of greeting cards and copies of my book, "Always a New Beginning". In Chamisal, at site number 24, you will find me at DC Arts Studio. Watch for the signs with the Magpies. I hope to see you.
